What are the delivery charges?
AligneStudio.com provides free delivery on all items shipped in India
What is the estimated delivery time?
We ship the item in 2 days and it is normally delivered in 2 to 5 working days from the order date depending on pin code.
If the item has "OUT OF STOCK" mark, they are currently sold out, we try to manufacture on demand and it takes 3 weeks from the order date.
How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers. We have partnerships with FedEx, Bluedart, DHL and Speed Post for domestic & international couriers.
How will my products arrive?
Your products will arrive individually packed to ensure they safely get to you.
- The item is checked by our customer care team for the quality
- The item is wrapped and packed in a sealed package
- Then the item is sent using reputed courier services
We have partnerships with well-known courier partners to deliver your products safely.
What about other hidden taxes (sales tax, etc.)?
There are no extra taxes. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable Goods & Service Tax (GST)
How do I track my shipment?
ALIGNE uses only reputed couriers. As soon as we ship a product, we notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email. This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
What pin codes do you ship to in India?
We currently ship to all parts of India. But, Cash on Delivery is not available on all pin codes.
What is the return policy? How will I be refunded for the return?
We have a customer friendly return policy - we will refund you the full amount. We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
